TYP/CDR

This project was intended to create a functional architectural space, and it was accomplished by expressing identity, work frame and brand values; with the objective of connecting the users interacting within, achieving a space addressed to technical creativity and project development. This space is composed of a clean and functional geometry that seeks to denote the function for each space, using elements of contemporary geometric sculpture inspiration merged with the conceptual lines of the brand products.












Sculptural work

The concept of this sculptural work is born from the analysis and interpretation of two phrases: “Be priests according to the heart of Jesus Christ” and “You are Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church”. The sculpture consists of a monolith, whose composition lines embody in an abstract way, Marian Symbols: man sending up a prayer to heaven and the consecrated wafer form.














LMN Project

This project takes place inside a complex from the 60’s, which represented a challenge in restoration, design and adaptability.  It is divided in two blocks: the first corresponds to the corporate area, which was conceptualized for giving priority to the brand’s identity and refactoring the building’s original iconic architecture, complemented with the industrial touch of exposed installations that creates a congruent design with the existing building. It is complemented with independent blocks, to preserve the industrial language to create harmony all over the composition elements, which configures an efficient collaborative space that connects the amenities area outside the building. The second block is constituted by a state-of-the-art lab, with the highest certifications of corresponding institutions in the industry. This lab has become a benchmark of creation and certification of buildings with the same objective in the country.










Masaryk PB

The Center for Development and Solutions Turin (CDS), is an architectonic space designed and built with the most advanced technology on preparation, creation and conceptualization of Haute-Pâtisserie developments, intended to be a space that achieves balance between specialized customer experience and the art involved in product development. The materials, finishing and lightning work in harmony to accomplish an exceedingly elegant space, that reflects the corporate excellence.
















Masaryk P7 Project

It is a coworking space that represents customer’s identity, audaciously designed to group in single semi open block spaces for confidential use and amenities; achieving interaction and efficiency in users productivity. The project’s primary design elements are: straight line and pure volumetry, emphasizing  wide perspective, producing subtle environment changes in the different spaces without breaking with core language. It is important to mention the use of sustainable technologies to increase users’ productivity and proper care of the environment.
















Saint Padre Pio’s Chapel

For this project, a floating ceiling was designed, whose geometry rises from the access to the aisle in a dome which has a view of  the blue of the sky, based under the premise, “walking of human beings having a steep traveled path to reach heaven’s divinity”. The only piece manufactured with a special design was the aforementioned ceiling, other furniture and pieces that conform the space were searched and rescued in this place in order to provoke a mystical experience to the audience, being influenced by spaces designed by acclaimed architect Luis Barragán. On the other side, the walls are mostly white and the crystal panels are amber, achieving a virtuous effect reflecting sun during the course of days.












DC RC

DC Vallejo is an architectural work that is  allowed to link controlled spaces using technology. Architecture seeks to achieve congruence between the brand concept and the use of space, having as primary focus, the directive sustainability among the integrating elements  and optimization of existing resources. This project has a mezzanine that accommodates  lodging operative blocks for multidisciplinary staff, amenities and flexible meeting rooms, allowing them to have a visual contact to storage areas, accomplishing the objective of linking areas and users. Spaces are pet-friendly, which conveys a bigger connection with the corporate´s soul.












Vairoletto Restaurant

This project represented a challenge, due to having certain requirements and an already defined opening date, it was necessary to analyze, adapt and reuse as many elements as possible,  like existing furniture, equipment and accessories in the building. Strategic elements were suggested to achieve customer expectations on time, cost, functionality, techniques, compliance and design.
















Palmares Project

Resulting from the successful development of MARS CHOCOLATE MÉXICO corporate offices designed on Querétaro, Qro. Having as main goal to project a funny space for creation and team working, with the color and the joy that identifies the culture of chocolate. Geometry was free and dynamic, having as main characters curved sections and plans, mostly identified by different colors, accented by lightning effects and reflections between ceilings tiles and floors. The intention was defining spaces and guiding users in a subtle and fluid way.
















RC Plaza Carso N-14 Project

This project was designed and built to create a dynamic feeling in the audience, emphasizing the circulation flow over a modulation of continuous lines that evolve on different materials like wood and vinyl, achieving a deeper sensation in the space.














RC Montes Urales

  • Year: 2008
  • Area: 900 m2
  • CDMX

The project’s design concept develops inside an L building, with work modules that are grouped together by area, according to inside the operation and allowing general management to keep a panoramic view of the whole space. On one side, circulation is controlled and confined by a circular  front desk and flows from the access. On the other L side, the dining area is grouped dynamically. Formal design lines bring fluency to the circulation, bringing congruency on the spaces and breaking with the stiffness of the building geometry, while simultaneously, unifying and creating a kind environment for the users.  The Corporate´s personality is reflected in the use of colors and applied on the  finishes of the geometric elements.










Masaryk P3

Piso 3 (Floor 3) of Masaryk is a corporate building though as a space that is allowed to interact with transparency, while having physical barriers on strategic controls on different areas. This project is based on a volumetric and dynamic concept that narrows down private areas and creates a collaborative space for associates, that is always looking for straight visuals among spaces and enabling natural light optimization.
